Perfectly Dateless by Kristin Billerbeck
Searchinf for new authors I bumped into this one..after reading some pages,I knew that it is one of those books that you laugh out loud alone in the night.
I'm crazy to have my hands on it,if you already have the pleasure of reading this one,I'd love to know your opinion!
Daisy Crispin has 196 days to find the right date for the prom. There's only one problem--her parents won't let her date or even talk to a guy on the phone. Oh, and she's totally invisible at school, has to wear lame homemade clothes, and has no social skills. Okay, so maybe there's more than one problem. Can she talk her parents into letting her go to the prom? Or will they succeed at their obvious attempt to completely ruin her life?
With hilarious and truthful writing, Kristin Billerbeck uncovers the small--and large--mortifications that teen girls encounter. Readers will fall in love with Daisy's sharp wit and resourcefulness as she navigates the world of boys, fashion, family, and friendship.

A measure of a lady by Deeanne Gist
Man,I laughed so hard on this one.
Really I won't tell the details, but what I will say that is not sweet and inoccent romance,is real-life situations that we can relate too.
Here is the excerpt from that one.
“Five rules for proper 19th century ladies.
Speak politely. Even when you’re the only respectable woman around, protesting San Francisco’s decadent surrender to gold fever.
Dress Modestly. Wear your sunbonnet at all times Ensure nsees your men’s boots muddied by the city streets.
Remain Devoted to Family. Protect you siblings from the temptations that surrround them, even against their wishes.
Stand Above Reproach. Most difficult when a captivating man turns out to be a saloon owner.
Rise Above Temptation. No accepting gifts. No bestowing favors. No impeachale behavior…well, maybe just one…little…kiss?
When these rules become increasingly dufficult to uphold, can Rachel Van Buren remain a beacon of virtue in a city of vice?
Gold rush San Francisco was no plave to a lady. Mud fulled teh streets; rowdy men filled the saloons; and gold fever filled the air. Stranded and without hope of a quich return to the more civilized East. Rachel Van Buren’s only option is to fight back.
Devoted to protecting her siblings and her honor Rachel appoints herself a one woman clean up committee, determined to bring some morality, and a little class, to this decadent town. But fighting on her own proves a difficult task. Her sister and brother can’t seem to resist the dangerous temptations about them, and ven Rachel’s own heart is threatening to betray her. Is there realy anything worth redeeming in the rapscallion saloon owner she can’t seem for gorget.
A Tailor-Made Bride by Karen Witemeyer
Well,I didn't know anything about this author or the book, but I decided to give a try because I really thought the cover of the book interesting..I didn't regret about it.
The book is about dressmaker willing to make her dream come true, but she not expected the rude rreaction of Jericho Tucker
So,you can guess that sparks and emotion hidden make this book a really interesting read, but what I like about it,was the fact that Hannah actions weren't about get people or man's attentions,it was because she was a truly good woman,is good because some books shows a single woman doing good things only to show someone nice when deep inside was not reality.
I was suprised to see myself laughing out loud in some part of the book,so I recommend this for anyone!
